first windows release. gliff now runs as vst3 on windows 10/11 alongside the mac vst3/au build and the ableton m4l device, one engine across all three. hardware tested on both platforms before shipping. new: a chord recall strip under the board holding the last 4 chords, click a chip to restore that exact grip with its ranked alternates, or drag the whole strip out as one clip. a clickable piano keyboard so you can build chords and hear the guitar voice them with no midi hardware plugged in. a settings overlay with a flip-strings toggle. ui state now survives closing the plugin window and survives a project save and reload. voicing engine: 20 new curated barre templates (m11, maj9, maj11, maj13, m13, m6, add9, mMaj9, sus9, 7#5, 7b5, 9#5, 9b5 and more), each validated at all 12 roots. on dense chords the 5th drops first, then a lower colour tone, never the 3rd, 7th or the extension the chord is named after. every curated grip is reachable now, injection had been discarding 47% of the library. fixes: the keyboard lights the notes you played instead of the guitar's re-voicing of them. default velocity is 63. two stage clear. long chord names no longer push the cycler and clear off screen. mac build is developer id signed and notarized. windows build is unsigned, smartscreen will ask, click more info then run anyway. install guide is inside each zip. also includes an ableton max for live device: https://github.com/dyce-star/gliff-releases/releases/download/v1.5.0/gliff-m4l-v1.5.0.zip (full release notes: https://github.com/dyce-star/gliff-releases/releases/tag/v1.5.0)
